Our courses are designed for educational purposes only. Peranakan Purse is not a financial advisory firm, a law firm, or a licensed financial adviser. Nothing in our course materials, website content, worksheets, or correspondence constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
3. Courses and Enrolment
3.1 Course Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to describe our courses accurately. Course durations, reading schedules, included materials, and supplementary resources are provided as a guide and may be adjusted where circumstances reasonably require. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled learners in advance.
3.2 Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at registration. Please check your spam or junk folder if no confirmation arrives within one working day.
3.3 Personal Use
Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. Course access and materials are provided for the individual learner named at registration and may not be shared, assigned, or transferred to another person without prior written agreement from Peranakan Purse.
3.4 Eligibility
Our courses are designed for adults aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Payment and Fees
4.1 Pricing
All fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current course fees are displayed on our Courses page and at the point of enrolment. Prices may be revised from time to time; any revision will not affect enrolments already confirmed.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment through the methods indicated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing.
4.3 Non-Payment
If payment is not received or is subsequently reversed, we reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to course materials until the matter is resolved.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
5.1 Standard Refund Window
If you wish to withdraw from a course, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days of your enrolment confirmation, provided that you have not accessed more than the first week's reading materials. Requests should be sent to [email protected] with your name and order reference.
5.2 After the Refund Window
After seven calendar days, or once more than the first week's materials have been accessed, refunds are not ordinarily available. If you are experiencing exceptional circumstances, we encourage you to write to us and we will consider each situation with care.
5.3 Cancellation by Peranakan Purse
We reserve the right to cancel or substantially change a course. In such cases, enrolled learners will be offered either a full refund or, where available, a transfer to a comparable course.
6. Access and Course Materials
6.1 Duration of Access
Unless otherwise specified, access to course readings and downloadable materials will be available for twelve months from the date of enrolment confirmation. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice before any materials are retired or replaced.

Some course worksheets are designed to save data locally on your own device. Peranakan Purse does not have access to any data you record in these worksheets. You are responsible for maintaining any records you wish to keep beyond the browser session.
6.3 Technical Requirements
Access to course materials requires a device with a current web browser and an internet connection. Peranakan Purse is not liable for any inability to access materials arising from your device, browser, or connection.
7. Acceptable Use
