We do not collect worksheet responses. All reflection worksheets included in our courses are designed to save data locally on your own device. No worksheet content is transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

- To send you course updates when regulatory content is revised (if you are enrolled)

We will not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We will not send you unsolicited marketing communications.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the PDPA, we process personal data on the basis of your consent (which you provide by submitting our contact form or enrolling in a course), or for the purposes of legitimate interests in operating and improving our educational service.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion. Course enrolment records are retained for seven years for accounting and regulatory purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 14 months.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
- With payment processors for the purpose of completing course enrolment transactions (these processors act as data processors under our instruction and are contractually bound to protect your data)
- With analytics service providers (on an anonymised and aggregated basis where possible)
- If required by law, court order, or competent Singapore authority

Our courses are designed for adults aged 40 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Our courses and website contain references to external resources — Singapore Family Service Centres, professional associations, and regulatory websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external organisations. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing personal data with them.
